During Ramadan, Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset. This year, we're inviting all Royal London colleagues to join their Muslim peers in a day of fasting on Wednesday, 12th March. Experience first-hand what it's like to fast and gain a deeper understanding and insight.
Fasting isn't just about abstaining from food and drink; it's about empathy and solidarity with millions who fast out of necessity. Charitable giving is a substance of Ramadan Charitable giving is a significant aspect of Ramadan. Your colleagues taking part need your support to raise funds for charity CRUK, Turn2us, Breakthrough Cancer Research (Ireland) and Muslim Islamic Relief.
Join the Ramadan Challenge, support your peers, and help raise funds for charity. Together, we can make a difference!

Adam Eeles from Royal London posted an update for their campaign London Marathon 2025 - Adam Eeles for Turn 2 Us
Morning all!! Monday, marked the start of my London Marathon training for 2025, and I couldn’t be more determined.
I’m proud to be running in aid of Turn2us, It’s an amazing organisation making a real difference to those in financial need. Over the coming weeks, we will see more of what they do and how they support people in need.
I am hoping to achieve my target, and I would love your support with this. There are a few things happening such as a sweepstake and bake sale. So keep an eye out for activities and posts about my marathon journey.
P.S. Here’s a throwback to one of my earlier marathon—proof that the journey isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it.
