Social Media Executive

The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Digital Marketing to assist Utulivu Women’s Group run the social media accounts and digital marketing work. Working alongside the Communication Manager, you will support in organising and implementing our social media and digital marketing strategy. You will support with Communication & Marketing activities by delivering key messages across social media channels and managing the social media calendar.
Core responsibilities will include
• Post contents to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
• Manage and monitor online and offline communities and social media progress including scheduled communication in Hootsuite and other integrators (Social media analytics)
• Work with the Graphic Designer to edit social media graphics, event photos, videos
and audio contents
• Attend events and activities to take photos, videos and audio recordings
• Work with other team members (especially the graphic designer) in collating, storing
and managing photos, videos and audio contents
• Live social media commentary in events and activities
• Help in organising and managing newsletter (Mail Chimp contents)
• Other duties and projects as assigned
Candidate Requirement
• Good knowledge in communications, PR, marketing and an interest in a career in
social and digital media
• Good understanding of social media platforms and integrators
• Strong writing skills and attention to small details is a must
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
required
