I've run 8 Royal Parks Half marathons since 2014 – so basically one every year, including a virtual event in 2020 during Lockdown. Having successfully got in through the ballot to run my 9th in October this year I’ve decided I want to do some good with my entry and give back to Frazzled Cafe and hopefully help others access this brilliant resource. I started going to Frazzled Cafe meetings in March 2021 and they proved a lifeline so with this inspiration I’m going to start trying to run again and after completing my 9th Royal Parks who knows where I may end up!
My first step on this journey is to complete the Vitality 10k on 2 May
