FreeREG provides free access to transcriptions of British registers of baptisms, marriages and burials. We have over 40 million records already transcribed - can you help us make that 400 million? We're currently developing a new version of FreeREG, which is halfway through its transformation. This is a template for the future development of our other sites. We'd like to set up a 'boot camp' for those approaching or in retirement, training them in Ruby and Refinery, so they can contribute to the development and maintenance of this project.
