NCY provides accredited training for young people who have little or no qualifications. Our mission is to improve the life choices for young people, what better way to achieve this than by supporting and equipping young people to achieve the best they can. NCY works with young people with complex needs (autism, and other disabilities) to help them gain the skills to access employment. They are supported to identify areas of work; assisted with job applications, interview preparation and to understand the tasks/job they will be doing. NCY has qualified job coaches to help young people break down tasks into stages which enables them to fully grasp and successfully complete work to a very high standard. Funding in this area will help young people who are truly furthest away from the job market to gain work and change there lives.
