The Story
The Baraka Out of School teaching (BOOST) Programme helps marginalised and vulnerable children to access an education that poverty would otherwise deny them. For these kids and their families basic necessities such as soap, clothing, access to water and sanitation are luxuries.
Most of these children are undernourished so we are raising funds this Christmas to give them a Christmas meal plus an item of clothing and maybe - if funds permit - the odd little present.
We have 165 children in this programme and are aiming for £10 a child to give them and their families a Christmas treat.
100% of your donation will go directly to purchase these items for these children.

Baraka Community Partnerships is a small charity based in the UK and Canada with projects in Zambia and Laos.
Our main focus is to improve educational opportunities and resources for poverty stricken children and schools.We also help with water, sanitation programmes and healthcare.
