"Lawrie, Henry & Joel run a Marathon in Amsterdam"

On October 20th, whilst most of ya'll kind folk will be rightfully climatising to your cosy comforts, we head into the winter of doom. 3 mates - Lawrie, Henry & Joel - will be testing out their synchronised 1s & 2s on the streets of Amsterdam as they brace themselves for their first official marathon. Whilst the intricate training plans, chaffed nips, suspect supplements gels that would have doping agents turning in their sleep & even a procured running vest (lol) may help appreciate the efforts going into this run. Despite this, is the effort of not us but instead Bounds Green Food Bank that we wanted to raise your awareness too. BG Food Bank is ran entirely by volunteers whose aim is to help alleviate poverty that exists on our doorstep of London by providing weekly hot meals each week to hundreds/thousands of those most in need in the North London area. Sadly the Food Bank is seeing an ever growing demand for their services, so we thought this would be a great opportunity to raise money to a cause where we know 100% of donations will have a true impact.
