The Story
Hi friends,
My name is Noel Sabu. I m a 16 years old student from Manchester, England, taking part in British Malayali Charity Foundation's charity skydiving event on Sunday 8th September 2024 to support underprivileged but bright nursing students from Kerala who are in desperate need of financial assistance. Myself is a son of emigrant parents who benefitted mainly because of nursing profession in UK. My mum is a proud nurse working with NHS and she was blessed with enough resources to train to be a nurse in Kerala but there are many unfortunate nursing students, who perform well in their studies with great efforts but their family's overall financial background is an impediment in continuing their further studies. As I look back to my routes back in Kerala where we hail from, I believe it is my responsibility too as a young person to extend our helping hand to support who are struggling to continue their training, may be due to the illness of their parents or any family members, which restrict their steady flow of income or even there may be students who lost their parents and depend upon someone for their nursing fees and other expenses.
