The Story
Hi
I m Shajan Skariah, participating in charity skydiving scheduled to be held on Sunday, 8th September 2024 at Nottingham, England, UK, to support unfortunate children who were made orphaned in a nights time.
I m very proud and have immense pleasure in participating in this humanitarian event being organised by British Malayali Charity Foundation, a charity wherein God has given me an amble opportunity to form the same in England years ago. As you are already aware that through my profession of free and fair journalism, I always try to fight against the injustice, malpractices and corruption in the society in which deprived and underprevileged section of the people in the society suffers mostly. As a matter of fact, I was haunted and persecuted by the system for fighting against the same and it is each one of your prayers and support, which helped me to survive in the middle of all these difficulties to stand alone.
Friends , as I was prepared myself mentally for the haunt and humiliation from the system sometimes ago and now let me take up a physical challenge as well to jump from 15,000 feet above from the sky to support unfortunate children who were made orphaned in a nights time and it is fair to say BMCF started this campaign to support nursing students as they've done many times before. But on seeing the unfortunate situation of the people affected in this tragedy myself and knowing the helpless condition they are in trust felt the importance of supporting children in Wayanad.
Now, I need your relentless support not only by donating whatever way you can but sharing this message throughout the community to raise maximum possible funds. Please remember, doesn't matter about the volume of amount you are donating but your kindness and participation to a great noble cause will be highly appreciated and recognised.
Your donation will get enhanced to another 25% by reclaiming gift aid from HMRC. So, please do not forget to give consent to claim gift aid if you are eligible. Normally, the earnings including your wages are eligible for gift aid. This provision of gift aid has been granted by HMRC only for registered charities such as BMCF.
With warm regards
Yours Shajan Skariah.

British Malayali Charity Foundation
We are one of the leading charity organisations amongst malayali communities (people from the southern state of Kerala, India) living in U.K established in order to extend a helping hand to the affected people back home, who are suffering from various medical/financial conditions from time to time. British Malayali Charitiy Foundation is a non-profitable registered charity organisation in U.K , registered under charity commission No. 1150804
BMCF has been formed as the result of the demands and outcry of readers of prominent online malayalam news portal ‘British Malayali‘. The office bearers and trustees has been elected by the AGM of the Foundation every year as per the norms and guidelines of the charity commission. We have a mass support of generous people from keralites and locals living across U.K and has been receiving tremendous response to our various appeals for financial assistance..We normally present and run the cases/stories of the needed ones through ‘British Malayali‘ online news portal to the general public and people respond to our requests individually and through associations by sending us donations. We have an excellent back-up in U.K and Kerala wherein we are able to verify and scrutinise the requests received from time to time for financial assistance-mostly related to life-threatening diseases and illnesses.
