For this year's "A Gift for The Gambia", we have selected the following donation items:
£5 - School Lunch: Your gift will feed a child for a school term.
£10 - Community Garden Project: Your gift will help families and schools to grow their own food.
£15 - Classroom Resources: Your gift will supply schools with essential materials for teaching and learning.
£25 - Rice: Your gift will provide a sack of rice to a family in need.
£50 - School Bicycles: Your gift will provide a bike for a child to get to school safely.
Kaira Konko Scout Active Support
Beginning December, we are launching our annual A Gift for The Gambia campaign. During our recent visit to Kaira Konko in October we saw the continued challenges faced in Soma and the surrounding villages by families and schools to provide even basic nutrition and access to education to the region's children. The Gifts on offer this year reflect this ongoing challenge.
