Help Save Lives – Support the KIRF Jatlan Dialysis Centre Since 2020, we have been actively fundraising through PAKTRUST.ORG (Reg. No. 1113301) to support the Kashmir International Relief Fund (KIRF) Dialysis Centre in Jatlan, Mirpur. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our UK donors, the centre officially opened in June 2021, providing critical free dialysis treatments to those in urgent need—Alhamdulillah. The centre has gone from strength to strength, and in 2022, it expanded to include dedicated treatment rooms for patients with Hepatitis B and C. Since its launch, the centre has provided over 10,000 dialysis sessions, made possible entirely by the kindness of our donors. The Ongoing Need for Support Dialysis is lifesaving, requiring at least two to three sessions per week for patients with kidney failure. Pakistan’s economic crisis has left more people struggling to afford medical care, pushing many middle-class families into poverty and making them dependent on Zakat and Sadaqah. To sustain this vital service, we urgently need to raise £25,000. Each dialysis session costs approximately Rs. 7,000 (£25, subject to exchange rate fluctuations).
