Save Grange Lido Cross Bay Walk 2022

Grange Lido is the only surviving seaside lido in the North West, and one of only 4 in England. It’s an Art Deco gem located on the scenic coast of South Lakeland, with spectacular views across Morecambe Bay towards the site of the projected Eden Project North. The Lido is a much-loved community asset, valued both locally and nationally. Since closure in 1993, it has been waiting to be re-opened and now needs some considerable TLC. Save Grange Lido Ltd is working in partnership with South Lakeland District Council upon a two-phase restoration of the Lido. Our imaginative proposals will transform it into a vibrant community owned leisure facility with a restored 50m pool at its heart. These plans will become a reality with support from you, our community and our strategic partners.
