Green Space for All in London!

Please help us achieve Green Space for All in London. London has only half the green space it needs for a population its size and there are inequalities in access: Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic and poorer communities statistically share less space and have less access to private gardens and public parks. We are working on a 5-step, realistic and achievable plan to change this. We are already achieving results on all 5 steps by working with local, and London-wide partners, to: 1. Establish ‘pocket parks’, small parks and play spaces, in areas with no green space 2. Create Ten Major New Parks from London’s forgotten and neglected green assets (thanks to your donations we can already report amazing progress) 3. Improve our parks. Nicer parks receive more visitors. We work with 700 Park Friends Groups across London to help them advocate for and deliver improvements 4. Promote the amazing parks we already have. London has over 4,000 parks but many are not well used. We map and promote parks via our GoParksLondon project 5. Save our parks. We support local groups who are campaigning to save their local green spaces We are a very small charity having a very big impact – but we cannot continue this vital work without your support.
